Demi Lovato Talks About Post-Treatment Struggles in 'Stay Strong' Special

Demi Lovato has been a inspiration while on the road to recovery, but in her candid 'Stay Strong' MTV special, the 19-year-old admits that things haven't been easy since leaving her treatment facility.

"I cannot tell you that I have not thrown up since treatment," she said in front of a studio audience. "I can not tell you that I have not cut myself since treatment. I'm not perfect. This is a daily battle that I will face the rest of my life."

Demi spent three months at the treatment center Timberline Knolls to get help for her issues with bulimia, cutting and bipolar disorder. In the documentary, she took time to visit the rehabilitation facility and encourage the patients there.

"I just remember being 12, 13 and going through these issues alone," she said. "I didn't really have a celebrity or anybody in the public eye to look at and say well, 'if she got through this, then so can I.' I'm not fixed. This is a daily battle. But I continue to work my butt off because now I want to be a legitimate role model."

Sugarland Lawyers: Indiana State Fair Victims at Least Partially to Blame for Injuries

Jason Kempin, WireImage INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Fans who were killed and injured when stage rigging and sound equipment collapsed onto them as they awaited a Sugarland concert at the Indiana State Fair failed to take steps to ensure their own safety and are at least in part to blame for their injuries, the country duo's attorneys said.

The statement, part of a Feb. 16 response to a civil suit filed by survivors and families of some of those killed, comes in sharp contrast to earlier statements by lead singer Jennifer Nettles and appears to be an attempt to cast blame elsewhere.

Calling the powerful winds that toppled the stage on Aug. 13 an "act of God," Sugarland's attorneys said fair officials and Mid-America Sound

Corp. were responsible for the stage setup, and that the fans voluntarily assumed risk by attending the show.

"Some or all of the plaintiffs' claimed injuries resulted from their own fault," according to the band's response. Sugarland attorney James H. Mil stone did not immediately respond to a phone call seeking comment Tuesday.

Seven people died and 58 were injured in the crush beneath the metal rigging and concert sound equipment.

Nettles told The Associated Press in a statement issued through her manager two days after the collapse that she was "moved by the grief of those families who lost loved ones.

Moved by the pain of those who were injured and the fear of their families. Moved by the great heroism as I watched so many brave Indianapolis fans actually run toward the stage to try and help lift and rescue those injured. Moved by the quickness and organization of the emergency workers who set up the triage and tended to the injured."

Attorneys representing at least 20 law firms across Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky filed the complaint Nov. 22 in Marion Superior Court in Indianapolis alleging breach of reasonable care to the victims.

The suit names as plaintiffs dozens of people injured and the families of so me of those killed, and it seeks unspecified damages from Sugarland, producers, stage riggers and others associated with the show.

Jeff Stesiak, a South Bend attorney involved in the suit, said the band's response was strange given the circumstances of the fans' injuries.

"It's unusual to put the blame on victims. The concert wasn't canceled and they weren't told to leave. I can't imagine what the victims did to be at fault," Stesiak said Tuesday.

"They had a duty to warn fans. An open and obvious danger is more like walking along a road and seeing a downed power line and walking over it anyway. The storm wasn't like that."

Lawyers for the band are seeking a jury trial.

In a Jan. 16 deposition on a lawsuit against the company that built the stage rigging, Indiana State Fair Commission Executive Director Cindy Hoye testified that Sugarland resisted delaying the start of the concert despite threatening weather.

Hoye said a representative for a conc ert promotion company working with the fair twice approached Sugarland about the fair's desire to delay the show.

But Hoye said the band expressed concerns about how a delay would affect the time Nettles needed to warm up and complicate the band's travel to its next show.

Sugarland tour manager Hellen Rollens told investigators with the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration that there was no discussion of delaying the show.

Earlier this month, Indiana regulators released a report saying Hoye and other fair officials were too slow to order an evacuation.

IOSHA fined the State Fair Commission $6,300 for failing to conduct proper safety evaluations of its concert venues. It also called the commission's emergency plan inadequate.

The agency also cited Mid-America, the company that erected the stage rigging, and the union whose members worked on the structure for various workplace violations.

'Bobbi Kristina Is Doing Much Better,' Says Bobby Brown

It's a difficult time for the family of Whitney Houston as they come to terms with the singer's sudden death.

But her daughter, who was treated at a hospital for an emotional breakdown after her mother's body was found, is improving, according to her father.

"My daughter Bobbi Kristina is doing much better," Bobby Brown said in a statement Wednesday.

"We continue to provide love and support to Bobbi Kristina. She is dealing with the tragedy of her mother's death and would prefer to do it outside of the public eye.

I ask again that our privacy be respected."

After being taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Bobbi Kristina, 18, was released to family and friends.

"Obviously the death of her mother is affecting her," Brown said on Monday. "However we will get through this tragedy as a family."

Houston's family has planned a private funeral for the singer on Saturday in Newark, N.J.

Christina Symanski, Paralyzed Artist, Starved Herself To Death (VIDEO)

There's an old saying that artists have to suffer, but after six years of paralysis, Christina Symanski decided she had suffered enough
.
Symanski, 31, broke her neck diving into a shallow swimming pool in June, 2005.

An artist and teacher in East Brunswick, N.J., Symanski was rescued by her boyfriend of six months, professional musician Jimmy Morganti, who, at the time of the accident, was planning to move in with her.

The accident left Symanski a quadriplegic. She continued to do her art, but last fall, she made a decision to starve herself to death.

"I have come to a point in my own life where I’m struggling with the question, ‘Is this life worth living for ME, or am I just prolonging my own suffering?’" is how she explained it on her blog, Life Paralyzed.

Once she decided to end her life, Symanski researched right-to-die laws, and even considered moving to Oregon which allows some physician-assisted suicide, according to the New Jersey Star-Ledger.

She also began communicating with Jeanne Kerwin, the coordinator for Ethics and Palliative Care Services at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, who gave her tips about palliative care and how she could end her suffering.
Some of Kerwin's suggestions included having two psychological evaluations as well as consultations with lawyers and physicians.

"She did everything she could so that the responsibility for whatever happened was hers alone," Kerwin told the Star-Ledger.

But not everyone agreed with Symanski's decision, especially her aunt, Mary Ellen Symanski, the head of the nursing department at Alvernia University in Reading, Pa.

"I was not thrilled with the information she was receiving," said Symanski who privately tried to convince her niece not to end her life.

But once Symanski decided to die by diet, things moved quickly and she passed away on December 1.

Among her last wishes was to have her cremated ashes mixed with fireworks and then skyrocketed over the New Jersey-Pennsylvania border this Independence Day.

"I don’t know whether I can do that legally," said her mother, Louise Ruoff. "But I’ll try."

Kim Kardashian & Reggie Bush: Are They Getting Back Together?

Is an old flame heating up Kim Kardashian's Valentine's Day this year?

Amid reports last weekend that the reality star reunited over lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel with ex-boyfriend Reggie

Bush, a source tells PEOPLE that the two are just friends – at least for now.

"They don't know what will happen," the source says.
"They're taking it slow. They love each other so much and miss each other, but their relationship is so complicated."

RELATED: Kim Kardashian: Don't Call My Marriage a 'Business Decision'

Less than four months after announcing her split from Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage, Kardashian, 31, who last called it quits with the NFL pro, 26, in 2010, is in no rush to enter another relationship.

"Things are up in the air," the source adds. "Kim very much wants to take her time and be single and heal from her divorce."

Bush, who first stepped out with Kardashian in 2007, might also want to check in with stepfather Bruce Jenner.

"The next guy's got to go through me," Jenner said on Tuesday's The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I can tell if it's going to work or not."

Grammy 2012 Winners' List: Adele Sweeps Music's Biggest Night

If there ever were a doubt that this was Adele's year, the 2012 Grammys put any speculation to rest! The British songstress swept the awards, winning a staggering six golden gramophones. During her numerous acceptance speeches, the singer made sure to thank her fans, radio station support and most importantly her mum, who sadly couldn't join Adele on her big night.

The other big winners of the night were the Foo Fighters -- who won four awards, including Best Rock Song and Rock Album. Shocking many in the Best New Artist category was Wisconsin native Bon Iver, who upset the likes of Nicki Minaj and the Band Perry.

The night of celebration had a decidedly more somber tone this year as the music industry mourned the sudden death of Whitney Houston yesterday (Feb. 11). Jennifer Hudson's moving rendition of Houston's hit 'I Will Always Love You' barely left a dry eye in the house. Other musical icons such as 'Soul Train's Don Cornelius and Etta James were also remembered at the event.

Why I'm Not Married

According to Tracy McMillan, the reason I'm not married is that I'm a selfish, angry, shallow, lying, slut who deep down doesn't feel like she's good enough.

In actuality, most of this is true for women -- and men, for that matter -- some of the time. We are all selfish,
shallow, and "slutty" (although I have a big problem with this word) at times. All of us lie. And God knows we all have moments where we feel like we're not good enough (harshly lit TJ Maxx dressing rooms are great for this).
But I don't believe I'm not married because of these things. I think these things are part of what make me human. Here's why I think I'm not married:

1. I'm not ready.
I'm still figuring myself out. I know enough to know that I have a tendency (as most women do) to lose myself in relationships. Instead of repeating this glorious and oh-so-effective pattern over and over, I'm committed to doing my own personal growth to move beyond it. I've gotten psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, done EFT, and currently get Network Spinal Analysis to actively work on my own spiritual
growth and expand into the very best version of myself I can be. I do this primarily for myself (separate from wanting to be in a healthy relationship someday), but I also do it because I know that means I will then attract the best mate possible. As a wise friend says, "You attract what you are, not what you want." I want an amazing, passionate, self-aware, dynamic, understanding life partner -- so I'm working on being exactly that. Then I'll be ready.

2. I'm not willing to settle.
Tracy McMillan claims that most men just want a woman who is nice to them, and imply that it's appropriate to either stuff or somehow eliminate your anger if you're a woman, to keep your man happy. But I don't want a man that can't handle my anger sometimes. I'm a full-bodied, full-ranged person: sometimes I'm upset, sometimes I'm silly, sometimes I'm sad, sometimes I'm playful, sometimes I'm hurt, sometimes I'm radiant and sometimes I want to stuff my face with cupcakes and not be judged for it. I don't want someone who wants an edited version of myself. I want someone who embraces all the facets of me.

And I want the same thing in my man. I don't want a man who has cut off his balls or his anger so as not to threaten my ego, or because he's afraid I'll get angry back. I want someone who is his own person, and I want to be my own person right alongside him. I want someone with whom I successfully negotiate conflict, not who colludes with me in avoiding it at all costs. In other words I want a man, not a boy who doesn't know how to handle me when I'm pissy.

3. I haven't found the right partner.
I don't give a sh*t what kind of car a guy drives or how much money he makes. And maybe it's just the circles of women I run in, but I rarely encounter women who do. Honestly, I see this is as a hyped-up fallacy perpetuated by men who want something to blame when it doesn't work out with someone. "Oh, she left me because I didn't drive a Spyder." Seriously? Most women don't know a Spyder from a spider. When it comes to what women want in a man, it's less about craving wealth than craving a man who knows who he is and what he's about.

Does he have a career he's happy with, in which he's fulfilled? Is he doing something he believes in? Does he have a job that pays a decent wage such that he is in a position to support a family at some point? Or does he still smoke a bong every day and work at Applebee's because he doesn't yet know how or what he wants to contribute to the world? There's a difference.

I don't even care whether I meet a guy who's unemployed if he knows what he wants to do and is going after it. Hell, I'll help him go after it. I just want someone who is capable and mature enough to want to give
his gifts to the world in the biggest way he can and get paid for it. And I don't think I'm alone in wanting that.

4. I don't want to rush into marriage.
Tracy McMillan's qualification, it appears, is that she's been married three times -- which also means she's been divorced either two or three times. She says she was "born knowing how to get married," but isn't it also true that she hasn't yet learned how to stay married? I'm not saying that as an accusation: I have a strong feeling she had very good reasons for getting divorced all the times she did.

My point is, I don't want that path. I want to be sure that I'm compatible with a man before I marry him -- you know, kick the tires, take him for a ride (it's particularly important to me to ride my men before committing to them).
I want to see how he handles stress; I want him to see how I handle stress. I want us to travel together -- the kind where you're hungry and tired and possibly lost in a country where you don't speak the language and have to squat to use the bathroom, not long-weekend-sex-by-the-fireplace "travel."

I also want to be sure he and I are a good fit. Does he understand how I like to be loved (ask me questions that challenge me; notice how I look in something new)? Is he willing to listen -- really listen -- when my feelings are hurt, without getting defensive or lashing out? Can we communicate openly about sex? Does he give me the last cookie?

Most of these are things you can't ask on a date or force to happen. They just come up: when someone's parent dies; when one person sees how hot the other person's ex is; when you have to make a decision together about whether to move for one person's job; when there is only one Oreo left in the box. These are things that matter, and I'd rather not be committed 'til death do us part until I'm sure they all function.
I don't just want to get married -- I want a good marriage that lasts.

5. I actually do like being single right now.
Tracy's right: Being married involves sacrifice. Having children especially. I am currently appreciative of getting to sleep through the night and stay late at a bookstore if I want, instead of coming home because someone (or multiple someones) are expecting me.
I love getting happy with some Yellowtail and girlfriends, or blowing off work to stay home with a bag of popcorn and a "Love Actually"/"Dirty Dancing"/"Say Anything" marathon.

This is a unique time in my life and I recognize that. I can stay up too late and drink too much and I don't have to answer to anyone. I can spend money on a tropical vacation with friends instead of putting it into a college fund. There are rewards and sacrifices to be made when you become part of a family unit, and I simultaneously look forward to that and also actively appreciate my life as it is now. I am excited to be a wife and a mother someday, and I genuinely like being single right now. Especially during Fleet Week.

6. I don't want to get married just for the sake of getting married.
I've seen too many bad relationships to say that being in one is better than not being in one. I've seen too many good relationships fail to have any false ideas about how just because something is good now, it will stay that way. And I've seen too many bad marriages to want to get married just because it's what you do after a certain age.

When I get married, it will be for the right reasons: because I've truly learned how to give and receive love and found someone who does the same. Because I've found a man who takes care of his friends, is intellectually curious, will rock out to Avril Lavigne with me on a roadtrip and looks good naked. Because I know deep down that this man wants me, not a generic wife, and that I want him, with all his quirks, insecurities, and idiosyncrasies. Mostly, it will be because I've found someone equally as committed to self-awareness and personal development as me, so that we can grow together -- gazing outward together and all that.

If I don't find that, I won't get married.
If I do, I might even be the one to propose.

Reese Witherspoon, Kate Winslet, Charlize Theron: Who Is The Best Young Actress of Her Generation?

Back in January, New York Times scribe Adam Sternberg, using a metric based on Academy Award-nominated performances, including actual acting nominations and performances that potentially slighted, deduced that none other than Mark Wahlberg -- he most recently of the silly action film "Contraband" -- was the greatest young actor of his generation. According to Sternbergh's calculations, Wahlberg has given five Oscar-worthy performances -- namely, "Boogie Nights," "Three Kings," "The Yards," I Heart Huckabees" and "The Fighter" -- plus received a nomination for "The Departed." That's six pieces of lauded work, giving Wahlberg more quality performances than some acclaimed thespians his age, including Leonardo DiCaprio (who has three Oscar-worthy performances), Matt Damon (three) and Paul Giamatti (four). His only peer, Sternbergh concludes, is Philip Seymour Hoffman, with six or seven (but then, Wahlberg also has six or seven if you count his producing nomination for "The Fighter"). Oh, and just to keep things scientific, another pundit, IFC.com's Matt Singer, found only Joaquin Phoenix had a number of Oscar-worthy performances equal to Wahlberg's total.

What no one has done yet, however, is apply the formula to actresses. So Moviefone ran the figures ourselves, among today's most acclaimed young actresses. (For purposes of this experiment, we defined the "young" generation of actresses as between 26 and 47, which let us include everyone from Carey Mulligan and Keira Knightley to Laura Linney and Sandra Bullock.) The results may surprise you.

Let's just say that we found just three actresses whose achievements equal or surpass those of Mark Wahlberg, and two in particular who are racking up actual Oscar nominations fast enough that they may be in Meryl Streep territory by the time they're her age. At any rate, those complaining about the dearth of interesting female roles in movies can't blame these actresses listed below. They are big, it's the pictures that got small.

Home Makeover: A Basement Lounge Gets A Very Modern Update (VIDEO)

The Homeowners:
Cynthia Shipman and Brian Green.

The Dilemma:
Brian and Cynthia's new house had a basement with a built-in bar. Normally, this would've made it the perfect lounge for entertaining -- except the space was terribly outdated and dreary looking.

The walls featured unfinished wainscoting and a decorative border that resembled peeling wallpaper. Behind the bar, packed wooden shelves made the space look messy.

The shelves also didn't make sense, considering the bar itself contained plenty of underutilized storage. An overstuffed couch dominated the floorspace, while wide-backed barstools were both unstable and unattractive.

The Fix:
The first order of business was to tackle the walls. Normally, wainscotting goes in more formal rooms--but after trying to remove the panels and finding no backing wall, the makeover had to take a different approach. The easiest course of action? A fresh coat of white paint, which helped make the wainscoting feel more casual, while brightening up the dark room. Then, after peeling away the wallpaper border, the upper walls were updated with chalkboard paint. And while chalkboard paint might seem unusual for a basement, it reflected the fun vibe that Cynthia and Brian wanted to have in the space. After all, it's a space used primarily for entertaining, relaxing and having a good time.

Next, the wooden wall shelves behind the bar were taken down and replaced with sculptural acoustic tiles, which were painted a soft gray for a more decorative feel. This completely transforms the look of the room, functioning both as art and as a way to improve the sound quality of the wall-mounted TV. The geometric pattern also made the vintage touches in the room feel more up-to-date.

Once those major updates were done, all that was left was to furnish and rearrange the space. The arcade games were relocated to a corner, where they wouldn't impede traffic flow. The large couch was moved into another room, and replaced with modular seating. The new armchairs and slipper chairs can be arranged into many configurations, based on Cynthia and Brian's entertaining needs. At the bar, the rickety old chairs were swapped for bistro-style bar stools.

To further optimize the space, a nook by the bar (previously used for a second table and stools) was turned into a buffet area with a stylish console. Its drawers has plenty of space for storing any extra entertaining must-haves. And speaking of bar accessories, a few fancy glasses, a classic cocktail shaker and some silver trays added grown-up flair that completed this modern basement update.

Katy Perry Divorce: With No Prenup How Much Will Russell Walk Away With?

Jason Merritt, Getty Images So far, Katy Perry hasn't had much to say about the dissolution of her marriage to comedian Russell Brand, who filed for divorce last month. She finally broke her silence last night (Jan. 7), but it was only to say that she -- and she alone -- will comment when she's good and ready.

"Concerning the gossip, I want to be clear that NO ONE speaks for me," the 'Teenage Dream' singer tweeted. "Not a blog, magazine, 'close sources' or my family."

Those last two words, "my family," were telling. As previously reported, the pop star's pastor parents, Keith and Mary Hudson, spoke of her divorce last week at a church in Ohio, implying that the split was something of a blessing.

"I'm sure Katy is trending on the internet just to get you to church tonight," Mary said, according to TMZ. "I mean all over the world, who knows how God is bringing them in? The most important thing is you are here and God wants to put the fire in you in 2012."

"What has taken place in my daughter's life has opened many opportunities to go in and be with guarded and gated people," her father added.

If the 'California Gurl' is peeved at the media and her parents, there's one group of people she's not mad at: her fans.

"I am so grateful for all the love and support I've had from people around the world," she tweeted yesterday. "You guys have made my heart happy again."

Beyonce On 'The X Factor'? Simon Cowell Reportedly Offers Her Millions

If your coffers are as well-stacked as Simon Cowell's, you might as well reach for the stars. Rumor has it that the 'X Factor' proprietor has offered Beyonce an astounding $500 million to join the show as a judge.

Nothing is confirmed and the number feels too high to be believed, but MediaTakeout claims their source is well-placed within Cowell's camp. For his part, reality TV's Grinch-in-chief is said to be desperate to breathe new fire into the show.

As soon as news of this week's 'Factor' shakeup broke, the Twitterverse exploded in a smattering of rumors. Over the past few days, Beyonce, Perez Hilton and Mariah Carey have risen to the top of the rumor crop.

Fox's firing of Paula Abdul is particularly interesting, given that sources are whispering that the longtime "Idol" and "Factor" judge was removed for being too easy on contestants. Given that Hilton has made his new career out of being nice and neither Beyonce nor Mariah Carey are known as particularly acerbic personalities.

All of this is, of course, without mention of the fact that Beyonce and Jay-Z are new parents. While Jay-Z may be content releasing songs about daughter Blue Ivy Carter, Beyonce hasn't given any indication that she's either willing or ready to take on such a high profile gig.

Regardless, it's abundantly clear that the show is going through a major, make-or-break reset. The pressure's on for Cowell, who walked away from "American Idol" and bet his American TV career on "The X Factor," poaching Abdul and effectively crippling the nation's most popular television show.

Courtney Love, Pet Killer? Frances Bean Says Hoarding, Drugs Led to Animal Deaths

We thought Courtney Love could never shock us again, but then we read this: According to newly revealed court documents, (via the Daily Mail) Frances Bean Cobain accused her rock-star mother of killing two of the family pets.

Cobain claimed her mother's hoarding caused the death of two family pets. Her beloved cat died after becoming entangled in piles of Etsy fabrics, paperwork and mounds of trash, while her dog passed away after eating some of Love's prescription pills.

The testimony was supplied in 2009, when the then-19-year-old Cobain filed a restraining order against Love in an L.A. superior court. The mother and daughter had gotten into a physical fight, which caused Cobain to leave the family home.

"She has taken drugs for as long as I can remember ... She basically exists now on ... Xanax, Adderall, Sonata and Abilify, sugar and cigarettes," Cobain said in a court hearing.

"She rarely eats ... She often falls asleep in her bed while she is smoking, and I am constantly worried that she will start a fire (which she has done at least three times) that will threaten our lives."

A judge found Love unfit to be legal guardian of her own daughter and ordered the Hole singer to stay clear of Cobain, her paternal grandmother Wendy O'Connor and aunt Kimberly Cobain. Love was also banned from interacting with Frances Bean's dog, Uncle Fester.

This has been another edition of "Courtney Love Goes to Court."

Weekend Roundup: Katy Perry In Vegas, Lopez Gets Cozy, Heidi's Wearing Her Ring

From

Katy Perry's first public outing in Las Vegas to Jennifer Aniston's show-stopping LBD at the Directors Guild of America Awards, it's been a star-studded weekend. Heidi Klum was spotted leaving a ballet class with her daughters Lou and Leni Saturday, and the newly-separated fashion icon was still sporting her wedding ring. Her husband Seal recently told "Access Hollywood," "We're not getting divorced. We're not even legally separated. We are separated ... Is there a chance of us getting back together? Honestly ... I don't know." Katy Perry made her first post-split public appearance Friday night in Sin City.

The blue-coiffed singer hit up Las Vegas club 1 OAK to promote the Haiti public health organization, GiveLove.org. Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry's ex and the father of her daughter, agreed to enroll in anger management classes after being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery last week. Actor Ian Abercrombie died Jan. 26 at age 77.

He was best known for his role as Mr. Pitt, Elaine's quirky boss on "Seinfeld." Like father, like son? Jaden Smith is looking more and more like his dad, Will Smith, these days -- especially with his new, shorter haircut.

Let the baby countdown begin for Jessica Simpson! The mommy-to-be was photographed out with fiance Eric Johnson Saturday looking very pregnant -- and very happy. Stars, including Christina Aguilera and Stevie Wonder, paid tribute to the late singer Etta James at her memorial service Saturday.

Celebrities came out Saturday night for the Directors Guild of America Awards, where "The Artist" director Michel Hazanavicius took home the top honor. Also, Jennifer Aniston looked stunning next to her beau Justin Theroux! Jennifer Lopez and boyfriend Casper Smart were spotted getting pretty cozy in Miami's South Beach during Lopez's rooftop photoshoot. "Terminator 3" actor Nick Stahl found himself in a sticky situation Sunday morning when he ended up in jail after failing to pay his cab fare. Yikes!

Demi Moore's Daughters: How Are Rumer, Scout & Tallulah Doing?

Demi Moore's three daughters Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah have managed to keep a low profile since their mother was rushed to hospital on Monday night and treated for what her rep insists is "exhaustion."

Eldest daughter Rumer, 23, appeared very upset as she took a cigarette break outside of the hospital yesterday, but E! Online confirms that all three of Demi's kids are doing just fine.

According to the website, 17-year-old Tallulah is the only one of Demi's children who still lives with the actress, and she's been staying at her dad, Bruce Willis' West L.A. condo, while Rumer has her own place in the city. Middle child Scout, 20, who recently posed in assless chaps, is a student at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island and hasn't been back to L.A. since her mom was hospitalized on Monday.

Though Moore's reps are claiming exhaustion landed the 49-year-old actress in the hospital, other reports claim it was everything from anorexia to an addiction to Adderall and Redbull, to suffering a seiziure after inhaling nitrious oxide from a whipped cream canister -- more commonly known as doing "whip-its."

However, today TMZ obtained the recording from the call placed to 911, revealing that Moore smoked something and began convulsing. There are a number of different voices heard on the call -- one who told the 911 dispatcher, that the actress had been taking some other "stuff" recently but she didn't know what and having "issues" lately.

Demi's daughters have largely stayed out of the spotlight since their mom announced she was splitting from their stepdad Ashton Kutcher in November. Demi is said to be very close to her kids and was even spotted partying with Rumer earlier this month at Hollywood night club Beacher's Madhouse, where she was stood up on a couch and danced to the Eurythmic's hit "Sweet Dreams."

Victoria's Secret Designer Collection Launches Online, In Select Stores (PHOTOS)

Look out, Agent Provocateur: Victoria's Secret is going high-end.

The ubiquitous bra and panty retailer is launching The Victoria's Secret Designer Collection, reports Women's Wear Daily, to compete with more upscale brands.

The tagline on the Victoria's Secret website reads, "It's lingerie only Victoria's Secret could create," hinting at the store's decision to stop selling other high-end lingerie lines like Chantelle Thomas in favor of creating its own.

Unbeknownst to most fans, the new Designer Collection was hiding right under our noses: several of the bras and underwear were featured in November's Victoria's Secret fashion show (see pics below). But the pieces, which range in price from $38 for thongs to $298 for corsets, are now available online and in select stores, including two NYC locations.

The pricey underthings are heavy on the sheer and lace, as is to be expected -- this is no Victoria's Secret PINK. Browse through pics of the new Designer Line and tell us: would you cough up extra bucks for extra-fancy VS bras?

Marion Cotillard Without Makeup (PHOTOS)

French beauty Marion Cotillard arrived at a New York hotel yesterday in a chic all-black outfit, although she decided to forsake one accessory: makeup.

We know Marion's not shy about showing off her amazing body -- and we're glad she's willing to skip the face paint, too. (She even posed for Italian Vanity Fair's September 2010 cover with no makeup on! We think we have a new hero.)
